Im applying to Uni but my parents wont allow me to become a painter because they think I completely suck :/ However I love painting, it makes me so happy and my parents believe that people wont appreciate my art. Can you show your followers my art work, I’ll show the amount of notes on it so my parents know that there are people who will accept my art. I would totally appreciate it <3 Applications are due soon and I need to convince my parents by then, this may be pathetic but this my last shot at convincing them. This piece was a huge 4x4 called “Drifting Dreams”. It represents how love can be a dream to many that floats around oceans and desserts. Whereas Love can endure the troubles of the world, and love to many can be a gift, a concept that is holy. This painting represents the two different perspectives on love that I believe exist. (:
To my followers, PLEASE REBLOG THIS! This is somebody’s dreams we’re talking here! Sorry your parents are trying to crush yours, cringing… please do not let them. You’ve only got one life to live, and it’s too short to not do what is your passion. If I’ve learned anything from being the art kid in the family, its that sometimes you have to piss off the people who love you to live your life as you should, but it is worth it.
I LIKE THIS EVERYONE SHOULF REBLOG IT
AW WAIT JAMIE THIS IS SO GOOD WHAT THE HECK I DIDNT KNOW YOU PAINTED
Don’t worry, the text won’t appear on your blog so please don’t delete it because that’d make the post total useless to reblog c:
In this little project, I will match people who reblog this post (trying to look at age and blog styles) so they can start (s)talking to eachother, and maybe a friendship grows? This is to let you guys know eachother a bit more! You don’t even need to follow me.
Please only reblog this post once.
There is no limit of reblogs, but this ends somewhere around December 15 or a bit later, depending on the notes
Really talk with the person. A blog style doesn’t say if someone is nice or not, so give it a try!
I do my best to make pairs matching eachother with age, blog style, etc.
